St. Al's Student Scores Big at NYS Science Congress

On Saturday, June 12, 2010 science students from across New York State gathered at The College of St. Rose in Albany to compete at the 58th Annual State Science Congress.

For the third year in a row, a St. Al’s student was selected to participate in the New York State Science Congress in June. Seventh grader, Kristin Baker, will represent her school with her project entitled “The Cold Becomes Bold When the Remedies Take Hold,” which won the Navy/Marine Distinguished Achievement Award and a Gold Medal.
